  • Until 31st May 2022, the registration fee will be fully refunded, except 50€ as handling fee
  • From 1st June 2022, the registration fee is non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept name changes once registration is completed
  • The registration is confirmed once payment has been received and, in the case of reduced pre-graduate rates, receipt of the necessary credentials

Failure to do so will mean you will be charged the full amount.

Confirmation will only be sent when 100% of the requested services have been paid. Once payment is received, we will send you a voucher and invoice by email. Please check these documents carefully.

We cannot accept reservations by phone.

INSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received up to the 31st of May 2022 will be refunded minus a 50€ administration fee”.

  • Cancellations received from 1st of June 2022 will not be refunded.
  • Refunds are not applicable in case of cancelled sessions or changes in the programme
  • Should the whole event be cancelled, registration fees will be fully refunded.

Refunds will not be processed until after the congress has finalized.

Refunds are not applicable in the case of cancellation of conferences by speakers or other changes in the main programme of the congress.

The Technical Secretariat is not responsible for any costs of the assistants including, among others, the costs of flight cancellations or hotel room cancellations.

Depending on the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, it may be necessary to make modifications to the event and / or take specific preventive measures. If so, it will be reported in due course.
